Wagglebean (wagglebean.com) is a brand operated by xTechnix Inc. ("xTechnix," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, how we use it, and who to contact with questions. It applies to wagglebean.com and does not cover other xTechnix sites or services, which may have their own policies.
Wagglebean.com is presently a catalog and information site: there is no account creation, shopping cart, checkout, or newsletter signup on the site. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns (which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from) — it stays off unless you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time. We don't run advertising trackers. The main way we collect information directly is if you choose to email us. Details below.
The table below summarizes everything this site collects. Nothing here is sold, and none of it is used to build an advertising profile.

If you email support@wagglebean.com, write to our mailing address, or otherwise contact us directly, we'll have whatever information you include — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you, track the conversation, and improve our products; we don't sell it or share it with unrelated third parties.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare's edge servers process standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use this information to identify individual visitors.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font from Google's servers shares your IP address and browser information with Google, subject to Google's privacy policy. We don't use Google Fonts for tracking.
If you accept the cookie banner, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic at an aggregate level — which pages get visited, roughly how people find the site, general device/location info. We've turned off Google Signals and ad-personalization signals in our Analytics configuration and enabled IP anonymization, so this data isn't used to build ad profiles or serve you ads. Google processes this data subject to Google's privacy policy; see Google's Analytics Safeguards notice for what it collects on our behalf.
Nothing on this site sets cookies or reads local storage until you accept the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets a few first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors between visits. If you decline, or never respond, none of that runs — we don't use any fallback tracking method to work around a decline. We separately use local storage for one non-tracking purpose: remembering your cookie choice itself, so we don't ask you again every visit.

Wagglebean.com is a general-audience site about physical products and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us directly, email support@wagglebean.com and we'll delete the information.
For anything you've sent us directly, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it at any time by emailing support@wagglebean.com. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can. For Google Analytics, you can decline or withdraw consent anytime using the cookie banner link above, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on to block it across sites that use it.
Emails and messages you send us are kept as long as reasonably useful for responding to you and for our own business records — generally no more than a few years — and deleted or anonymized after that unless we're required to keep them longer (for example, for tax or legal reasons). Google Analytics data, when enabled, is retained under Google's own retention settings for this property; see Google's data retention documentation. Cloudflare's request-level logs are retained under Cloudflare's own operational retention schedule, not ours.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a small site (for example, this site is served entirely over HTTPS, and we don't operate a database of customer accounts or payment information to protect). That said, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of any information you send us.
This site and the tools we use (Cloudflare, Google Analytics, our email provider) are based in, or operate servers in, the United States. If you're visiting from outside the U.S., you understand that any information you provide will be processed in the U.S. and other countries, where data protection laws may differ from — and may be less protective than — those in your own jurisdiction. By using the Site or contacting us, you consent to this transfer and processing, to the extent consent is the applicable legal basis for it.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There isn't yet a common industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals differently than described above — your actual control is the cookie banner and the opt-out link in this policy.
We may update this policy as the site changes — for example, when ordering or accounts become available. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
